extended waranty After two and a half years of service ( always plugged in the car).The cable receptical in the unit became loose and broke. A technician who checked the device decided it was a mnufacturing defect. as I understood it, the three years extended waranty I purchased was a waste of money. They wanted 65$ for the repare. after repeated arguments with many superviser the price was reduced to 35$.
